We are currently investigating an issue involving hacked avatars. Please be aware that your account will be swiftly banned if you use it to hack avatars, and you subject all of your other accounts to severe punishment as well based on our discretion. This means that your actions could cause every single one of your accounts to be permanently banned.

If you receive a hacked avatar from someone you don't know, please take a screenshot of the gift in the avatar shop and report it to us via the Ticket Center  

Please promptly delete the avatar once you have a screenshot. If you decide to keep it you risk being permanently banned as well. Over the next week we will be deleting the hacked avatars from people's accounts.

Recientenemte estamos investigando un problema acerca de avatars conseguidos usando hacker, por favor tengan en cuenta que seran rapidamente baneados, si usan algun hacker para conseguir avatar, asimismo todas sus otras cuentas seran severamente sancionadas segun nuestro punto de vista, lo que quiere decir que sus acciones podrian causar el baneo permanente de cada una de sus cuentas.

Si recibes un avatar extraño de parte de alguien que no conoces, por favor toma una foto (F11) del regalo en tu avatar y  reporta este hecho usando nuestro Ticket Center

Borra el avatar despues de haber tomado la foto, si decides quedartelo corres el riesgo de ser baneado permanentemente. La proxima semana estaremos revisando y eliminando los avatars conseguidos por hacker de sus cuentas.
